The Baby Scan Studio has been a long held dream for Cathy Stewart.

Providing a quality scanning service that is parent focused and that is all about the unique bonding to the unborn child, is the aim of  The Baby Scan Studio Director Cathy, who leads our service.

Cathy, originally qualified as a Radiographer in 1986 and worked in a variety of hospitals in the UK. She then studied Ultrasound and qualified as a Sonographer in 1992 , which meant a move into full time Ultrasound for 5 years. Then, in a change of direction she joined an Ultrasound company and using her clinical expertise worked internationally for several years in product development. After a stint in Ultrasound Sales she had 2 beautiful children - seen in 4D ultrasound before birth of course!

With the experience on many years of 4D scanning, Cathy is very excited to bring her skills and enthusiasm to the lovely setting of The Baby Scan Studio in picturesque Marlow.

Miss Sarkar

Miss Pampa Sarkar  MD (Lond) FRCOG, Consultant Specialist in Fetal Medicine

Miss Sarkar is available for private consultations and both pre conception and ante-natal care at The Baby Scan Studio.

Pampa has been the lead Consultant in Fetal Medicine at Wexham Park Hospital since 2003 and has been performing Invasive Pre-natal testing for over 10 years. She is a founder member of Women's Healthcare Care Limited, a consortium of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Her special interests are in fetal medicine and high risk obstetrics, with extensive research interests and publications on the relationship between maternal stress and fetal development. She was awarded the Lloyds TSB award for Health and Education in 2007.
