All of the services provided by The Baby Scan Studio are offered subject to the following terms and conditions.

In order to maintain the highest possible standards, we will instruct only appropriately qualified Ultra-sonographers to perform the Ultrasound scanning service, but otherwise make no warranty express or implied regarding of any of its staff.

Strict confidentiality will always be maintained by The Baby Scan Studio or its staff in connection with the provision of its services.

The Baby Scan Studio shall not be liable for loss or damage howsoever caused unless due to the negligence of its staff in the performance of its services.

You consent to the ultrasound scan procedure and agree to make payment for this service at the time of the appointment.

We accept cash and credit or debit cards at The Baby Scan Studio.

A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 will be taken at the time of booking your appointment.

The confidentiality of patient information is of paramount concern to The Baby Scan Studio. To this end, we fully comply with Data Protection legislation and Medical Confidentiality Guidelines.

Medical information will be kept confidential. It will only be disclosed with those involved with your treatment or care, including your GP.

The 4D Bonding Ultrasound scan is intended for the parents to bond with their baby. It is a non-medical and non-diagnostic ultrasound examination. This is not a fetal abnormality check and it is not for medical diagnosis of abnormalities. All routine ante natal scans and appointments should be attended.

All our DVD recordings are made on DVD+RW discs and will play on any compatible DVD player or PC with the appropriate DVD playback software. Due to industry variations regarding recording formats and the age of your DVD player; The Baby Scan Studio will not provide any guarantees regarding the ability to playback the DVD.

Whilst every attempt is made to acquire the best possible images, this is largely dependent upon the position of the baby in the womb and patient body size. Should successful images not be acquired, we would ask you to wait for a short while and re-scan you. If successful images are still not obtained, we will offer you another appointment that is mutually convenient at a charge of £85.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 4D NON-MEDICAL BONDING SCAN IS NOT A FETAL ANOMALY CHECK. IT IS FOR BONDING PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS.
