The Baby Scan Studio - Marlow
We are based in The Marlow Clinic - First Floor Crown House, Crown Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL72QG
We have been in this well-appointed integrated clinic for 8 years and we offer a complete range of pregnancy scanning and screening tests for pregnancy from 6 weeks to term. We also provide Gynaecology scans for Womens' health and for women having IVF treatment at home or abroad. In addition we also offer General ultrasound scans : Abdominal scans, Thyroid and Testes and leg doppler scans for ? DVT. The CQC has inspected our service and we were pleased to be rated 'GOOD'.
The clinic has 6 on-site parking spaces and we are also adjacent to Riley Road 'pay and display' public car park. Our spacious and comfortable scanning studio uses the most up to date equipment for your scan which is linked to a flat screen monitor, allowing for family and friends to watch the scan as it happens and to share with you this un-miss able bonding experience.
The Clinic is on the first floor and unfortunately we don't have a lift.
We partner with My Specialist GP (private GP )which is in the same building which allows for the possibility of seamless care for our patients.
Marlow is well known as an attractive and popular town to visit and is close to both the M40 and M4 motorways in the Thames Valley.

This is our latest beautifully refurbished clinic offering a complete range of pregnancy scanning and screening tests for pregnancy from 6 weeks to term. We also provide Gynaecology scans for Womens' health and for women having IVF treatment at home or abroad.

OUR STAFF
The Baby Scan Studio is owned and run by
Cathy Stewart.
Providing a quality scanning service that is parent-focused and that is all about the unique bonding to the unborn child, is the aim of The Baby Scan Studio Director Cathy Stewart who leads our service.
Cathy originally qualified as a Radiographer in 1986 and then qualified in Ultrasound in 1992. She worked in the NHS as a Sonographer for 5 years until joining GE Healthcare - the Number 1 manufacturer of Ultrasound Equipment globally.
Using her clinical expertise, she worked internationally for several years in product development which involved her in research and testing of new technologies such as 3D and 4D imaging and Contrast media in Ultrasound.
After a short career break to have children, Cathy then worked for several private clinics in London before founding CS Partners Medical - The Baby Scan Studio.
In recent times, Cathy has been an invited speaker at BMUS (British Medical Ultrasound Society) meetings, at the Annual scientific conference of BMUS and as a guest lecturer at Liverpool University.
In 2019 Cathy presented a research paper on 3D imaging in TVT mesh complications to the ISUOG meeting in Berlin and the BMUS conference in Harrogate.
Cathy is part of the Educational committee at BMUS (British Medical Ultrasound Society) and jointly organises national ultrasound training days.
